By registering with  WDS Driving School, students agree to our cancellation and refund policy. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of in-car lessons. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full lesson fee being charged. Refunds for BDE courses may be subject to administrative and completed service charges once the course has been activated or started.  WDS Driving School reserves the right to reschedule lessons or road tests due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, vehicle issues, examiner decisions, Ministry cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control. If an instructor has already arrived for a scheduled road test appointment and the road test is cancelled due to weather or Ministry-related reasons, the full road test package fee will still apply.
